Let&#8217;s take a tour of the heritage and museums of Territorio Mud\u00e9jar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Territorio Mud\u00e9jar\u00a0is joining in on the celebration of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.icom-ce.org\/dia-internacional-de-los-museos-2020\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>International Museum Day,<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0to take place this Monday, May 18, the date established in 1977 by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.icom-ce.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ICOM<\/a>\u00a0(International Council of Museums), which is devoted to equality, diversity and inclusion this year. And we are doing so by visiting throughout the week a wide range of museums in our region that safeguard the identity of our towns and tell us about their history through magnificent art collections and museum spaces. While their management models and contents differ, they all act as active stakeholders, serve as meeting places, spaces for learning and for interacting with the region&#8217;s inhabitants, and above all, represent a cultural hub in a rural setting.<\/p>\n<p>We have made a selection, starting with Mudejar heritage buildings and the related museum, and every afternoon at 7:00 pm we will take you to one of these spaces over our social media accounts.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are kicking off this afternoon with #<strong>Tobed<\/strong>, where the Espacio Mud\u00e9jar-Mahoma Calahorri is located, boasting a museum-grade ceramic collection, and the Museo Parroquial (Parish Museum), the first on the ground floor of Palacio de los Can\u00f3nigos and the second in the cloisters of the church of La Virgen, which is\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/es.unesco.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UNESCO<\/a> World Heritage.<\/li>\n<li>On Tuesday, the 19th, we travel to the Museo de la Historia y de las Artes (Museum of History and Art) in #<strong>Daroca<\/strong>, located in the former Santo Domingo hospital.<\/li>\n<li>On Wednesday, the 20th, we go to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/momiasdequinto.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Museo de las Momias<\/a>\u00a0(Mummy Museum) in #<strong>Quinto<\/strong>, in the building known as El Piquete.<\/li>\n<li>On Thursday, the 21st, we\u2019ll be visiting the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.calatayud.es\/turismo\/ficha_visitar\/museo-de-la-colegiata-de-santa-maria\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">collegiate church of Santa Mar\u00eda<\/a>\u00a0in #<strong>Calatayud<\/strong>, designated as UNESCO World Heritage, to tour its cloister and museum.<\/li>\n<li>On Friday, the 22nd, we\u2019ll meet in #<strong>Borja<\/strong>, in the museum of the Santa Mar\u00eda Collegiate Church.<\/li>\n<li>On Saturday, the 23rd, we\u2019ll be heading to #<strong>LaAlmunia<\/strong>, where we can learn about its natural heritage, in addition to visiting its museum.<\/li>\n<li>And we\u2019ll wrap up on Sunday, the 24th, with other museum concepts in towns that have turned their heritage spaces into hubs of knowledge: #<strong>Torralba<\/strong>, #<strong>Ani\u00f1\u00f3n<\/strong>, #<strong>Illueca<\/strong>, #<strong>Villafeliche<\/strong>\u00a0and #<strong>Maluenda<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>But the list of museums in our Territorio Mud\u00e9jar is much longer than that, so here you have a list of all the places you can visit soon.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>Alag\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Museo de Arte Contempor\u00e1neo Hispano-Mexicano (Hispano-Mexican Contemporary Art Museum)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Plaza San Antonio, n\u00ba 2.
