Sarasa holds a PhD in Philosophy and Letters (History), is an Emeritus Professor at the University of Zaragoza, and a member of the Scientific Committee of Territorio Mud\u00e9jar. In the Tuesday session, he gave a master class on Mudejars and Moriscos, reviewing the most important theses of his research work over the past 50 years and honoring Professor Borras Gualis as an expert on Mudejar art.
