Fuentes de Ebro, a fertile land of crops with protected designation of origin, sits on an escarpment crowned by the church of San Miguel Arc\u00e1ngel, the cultural and artistic centrepiece of the town. On the outside, the slender neo-Gothic tower commissioned from the architect F\u00e9lix Navarro at the beginning of the 20th century to replace the original Mudejar tower, which had stability problems.<\/p>\n

The interior of the temple seduces at first sight with its spaciousness, luminosity, elegance and richness and makes us understand why it is one of the most beautiful works of the Renaissance in Aragon. On the exterior brick walls of the primitive apse of this church, which has been converted into an entrance, various Mudejar tracery motifs have been preserved, basically interlacing to form lozenges. The Palace of the Counts of Fuentes, the hermitage of Santa B\u00e1rbara and the Roman site of La Corona are also worth a visit.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
