Routes of projects "Following the teacher Gonzalo M. Borrás Gualis, routes with signature"
The itineraries proposed are based on the work carried out at the Estancias of the Research Territory Mudéjar, dedicated to Professor Gonzalo M. Borrás Gualis, a staunch advocate of the management of Aragon’s cultural heritage and of the region.
His work exemplified with perfect coherence the possibility of combining research work of high scientific impact with a commitment to the land and its people. of high scientific impact with a commitment to the land and its people, not only favouring the knowledge, conservation and dissemination of its historical-artistic heritage, but also by modernising work processes and by proposing innovative innovation projects in which natural, cultural and heritage resources are a key element in the future of the towns.
Through these routes, we show the results of some of the studies carried out by the researchers who make up our team.

Professor Esteban Sarasa Sánchez holds a PhD in Medieval History and is Emeritus Professor in the Department of Medieval History at the University of Zaragoza. He has also been a member of the scientific committee of Territorio Mudéjar since its creation as an association.
In our first “author’s route”, the teacher will accompany us on an urban walk through the different localities talking to us about the Mudejars and Mudejarism. In this walk-lecture, the streets, houses, old businesses and different ways of life will allow us to better understand the Mudejar culture in Aragon.
